The Government of Canada is proud to deliver predictable, long-term funding to help municipalities build the Canada of the 21st century and ensure a high quality of life for generations to come.

“It’s clear that local communities are the ones who know their specific needs best. I’m happy to see the Federal Gas Tax Fund continue to support them in making strategic investments that make our communities a better place to live. Modern and up-to-date infrastructure helps connect people to jobs and provides access to better community services, attracts new businesses, and creates economic growth.”
